The Culture and Engagement Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster a highly engaged, motivated, and productive workforce. This is something that can be discussed in more detail at screening stage.How will you contribute: Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs that reflect DP World's values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture across both ports.Establish and maintain effective two-way communication channels between employees and leadership.Manage the employee recognition program, ensuring timely and meaningful acknowledgment of achievements and celebration of success.Support the promotion of a strong safety culture by reinforcing safety as a core value through engagement activities, communications, and leadership alignment.Manage employee engagement surveys and feedback processes, including participation tracking, data analysis, and action planning to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to promote impactful training, mentoring, and regional development programs.Support the continuous improvement of training and development strategies to enhance employee retention and career progression.What will you Bring: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Confident in leading events, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong writing and content creation skills for internal communications.Skilled in using digital tools for engagement, training, and communication (e.g., Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Yammer, or other intranet tools).Data-savvy, able to analyse feedback, engagement data, and training metrics to inform improvements.Discreet and professional with the ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyDemonstrates commitment to promoting safety, inclusivity, and positive workplace behavioursExperience designing or delivering engagement, recognition, or cultural change programs.Familiarity with onboarding processes and talent development practices.Experience supporting or promoting DEI initiatives within a business.NOTE: All of our roles are subject to the below: Eligibility to work in the UK.
