Customer Service: A passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Guest Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Reservation Management: Oversee reservation procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes. Financial Management: Monitor front desk operations, including cash handling, billing, and payment processing, to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other front desk metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
