Working closely with the Category Procurement Manager youll manage your own category of ingredients, identify risk and opportunities, recommend CRM plans, source new suppliers whilst working closely with internal stakeholders.You will need previous buying experience gained in the sourcing and commodities market from a food manufacturing environment.
