You'll play a key role in helping independent financial advisers (IFA) achieve positive outcomes for their clients while ensuring a smooth and compliant operations process.Youll also:Handle and resolve queries related to fund transfers, money movements, pensions, and platform operationsSupport the wider team across various client service functionsShare knowledge and best practice across departments to strengthen performanceMonitor and improve user operations processes, helping us safeguard client assets and improve controlsContribute to continuous service improvement by identifying and implementing process changesTake responsibility for your actions within our risk management frameworkWhat You BringYou're known for your organisation, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems with a calm, considered approach.
