Whether you're planning or packing, delivering projects or driving an LGV, we're all in it together - not afraid to roll up our sleeves (robots included) and get stuck in!About the roleWe're seeking a driven Business Analytics Manager to lead our Zoom operations within Ocado Logistics at our Leyton/Acton sites . In this pivotal role, you'll leverage data, analysis, and reporting to drive efficiency and optimise performance. You'll lead a team of up to 6 and play a key role in our leadership team, reporting directly to our Head of Zoom!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide and manage business insights through a data-driven approach.Execute plans to improve performance, business metrics, and overall efficiency.Collaborate with various teams across Ocado Logistics, Ocado Retail Ltd, and third-party partners.Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and planners.Support the consolidation and aggregation of data from multiple sources.Drive KPI improvements through data analysis and root cause analysis.Contribute to cross-departmental projects with a focus on data and analytics.You will also occasionally visit the different CFC sites across the UK!What We're Looking ForExperience managing a multidisciplinary team, including analysts and planners.Proven experience as an Analyst, preferably within a logistics environment.Strong proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.Excellent technical skills, including SQL, VBA, or other relevant programming languages.Experience using and building BI tools.Strong commercial and business acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.Management calibre, either through education or experience.Proactive and self-managing with effective time management skills.Join Our TeamIf you're passionate about data, analytics, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
