Site Manager Cladding & SheetingAll potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Location: CornwallSalary: 60,000 - 65,000 (depending on experience)Type: Full-time, PermanentIm working with a specialist contractor delivering high-quality cladding and sheeting packages on commercial and industrial projects. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations in Cornwall.The ideal candidate will come from a cladding background and have a strong track record of managing external envelope works from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Manage all day-to-day site operations, ensuring cladding and sheeting works are delivered to a high standardCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, labour, and site logisticsMaintain strict adherence to health 'safety regulations and site proceduresEnsure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programmeConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with RAMSLiaise with the Project Manager, design team, and client representativesMonitor progress, maintain site records, and provide regular reportingTake responsibility for quality control, snagging, and handover processesRequirements:Proven experience in site management, specifically within cladding and sheeting projectsBlack CSCS card essentialSMSTS and First Aid qualificationsStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple teams and ensure work is completed to programmeGood understanding of drawings, specifications, and sequencing of worksThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable specialist contractor and take ownership of key cladding projects in the region.If you have the right experience and are looking for a new challenge in Cornwall, apply now.
