This is a remote-based position with regular site visits required, managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage roofing and cladding projects from inception to completionCoordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teamsEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standardManage site progress, health and safety, and quality controlAttend regular site meetings and report on progressHandle project planning, resource allocation, and risk managementEnsure compliance with company procedures and industry regulationsProvide leadership to site teams and subcontractorsRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing and cladding sectorStrong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installationExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of EnglandThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
