Technical Property ManagerFor a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Location: IpswichSalary: DOE 32,000 40,000 per year (plus excellent benefits)Were working with a leading organisation to recruit a Technical Property Manager to join their dynamic Property Management team.This is a client-facing role where youll manage a diverse portfolio of properties, delivering expert advice on maintenance obligations, statutory compliance, and capital projects.Youll take ownership of compliance audits, asbestos surveys, and condition reviews, ensuring buildings remain compliant, efficient, and well maintained.
