And big plans for the coming years.What we doOur Talent Partners provide an incredible service to our customers, ensuring they receive a consistent, quality experience. Day to day your role will vary based on the nature of live projects, and could include any of the following:Working with our customer partners to tell their storyUtilising state of the art tech stack to provide incredible shortlistsCoaching hiring managers to play their role in world-class candidate experiencesA chance to compete against our resident tea-making champion, YasmineTalent Champions are experts in all things talent attraction and hiring, so these examples are a snapshot of what the role will encompass.About YouLead Candidate is a values-led, politely disruptive, talent acquisition partnering business.
