Youll coordinate safety, quality, and output while keeping costs and waste to a minimum.Key ResponsibilitiesLead shift operations across production, engineering, and qualityManage workflow, resources, and equipment to hit output and quality targetsCommunicate clearly with other Shift Managers to ensure seamless handoversPrepare and present detailed shift reports for senior managementChampion a proactive health, safety, and environmental cultureDrive CI projects and promote a high-performance mindset across the teamWhat Youll NeedProven experience in shift or production management within manufacturingStrong knowledge of health and safety requirementsDemonstrable experience with lean or continuous improvement practicesWhat Youll GetSalary: 46,100 + 2,300 shift allowanceBonus: Up to 15%Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, 5% pension, and cash healthcare planAbout the EmployerA recognised brand across South Wales, the UK, and Europe.
