FACILITIES MANAGERAll potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Humberside, HU1 2AD37.5 hrs/week | 18 Month Fixed Term ContractCompetitive Salary, Car/Car Allowance, Pension, Bonus, Life Assurance & 25 Days Annual LeaveISS is looking for a confident Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of an integrated PFI facilities services contract across three sites in Humberside.Managing a 1.2m contract and significant annual projects, youll have real autonomy to shape and grow the account.What youll do:Lead a team of 20, including Helpdesk, Cleaning, and SecurityOversee P&L, budgets, and project delivery (asset replacements, fabric upgrades)Manage day-to-day operations and client relationships across a live public spaceEnsure compliance through health 'safety and industry auditsLiaise with key internal and external stakeholdersMonitor KPIs and drive contract performanceAbout you:Proven Facilities Manager experienceExperience of managing PFI contractsStrong background in Hard FM (technical infrastructure & engineering systems)Skilled in Soft FM service deliveryExperienced in P&L and budget managementExcellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skillsWhy ISS?Join a world-leading FM company that connects people and places to make the world work better.
