Their inclusive, collaborative culture, extensive professional development opportunities, and investment in people make this an excellent place to build a rewarding and successful career.They are currently seeking experienced Senior to Associate Director level project management professionals to join their Project Management team in Yorkshire to deliver and lead on a range of work, split 50/50 between the Department for Education and other public sector projects.The roleThis role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management across Yorkshire.Main purpose of the role;Deliver, lead on and oversee project activities, ensuring effective communication and compliance with established governance proceduresTo understand, anticipate, inform and deliver great outcomes for their clients, every time, everywhereTo drive exceptional delivery, health 'safety, commercial, risk management and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycleTo develop a team of Project Managers with a strong pipeline of workThe candidateThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a consultancy, developer or client-side environment and demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.Essential experience includes;Construction related degree or a similar construction related qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar role gained within a consultancy or developerExperience of delivering projects in education and public (or comparable) sectorsWell organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astuteExcellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbalOur client wants their people to succeed both in work and life.
