In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for ensuring our customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped with speed, accuracy, and care. If you're organised, proactive, and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a small, passionate team and contribute to a growing brand.Key responsibilities:Pick and pack customer orders with precision, care and attention to detailAssemble, label, and prepare shipping boxes according to brand standardsQuality check items before dispatch and when stock comes in to ensure they meet brand expectationsProcess and organise customer returnsAssist with stock handling, including counts and inventory organisationMaintain a clean and efficient workspaceSupport general fulfilment and studio tasks as neededBasic sewing skills are a bonus, but not essential.What we're looking for:A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality workReliable, punctual, and hands-on with a can-do mindsetComfortable working on your feet and handling packagesAbility to stay calm and focused under pressureA team player with excellent communication and organisational skillsFast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks quicklyExperience in a fulfilment, retail, or similar role is preferredQualifications & Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in a fulfilment or stock-related roleExperience using Shopify and Google spreadsheetsPrevious experience with stock handling and inventoryFamiliarity with working in a small team or start-up environmentBasic sewing skills (advantageous)A genuine interest in Khanums and passion for delivering exceptional customer experienceSkills & Attributes:Excellent time management and multitasking abilityCalm and efficient in a busy environmentCollaborative and able to take initiativeConfident using fulfilment software and standard office toolsOrganised, thorough, and dependable
