This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing site operations, driving business-wide improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targetsEnsure robust compliance with COMAH regulations, HSE standards, and all relevant statutory requirementsWork closely with the senior leadership team to align operations with broader business goals and customer expectationsRequirements:Proven track record in a senior operations leadership roleExperience working in a COMAH-regulated environmentStrong background in manufacturingExperience working for a chemical manufacturerExceptional leadership and communication skillsDegree-qualified in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
