Do you want to be part of our next chapter?About the RoleWere seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our newly restructured marketing function at a pivotal time in our growth. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of brand marketing, paid media, CRM, performance marketing, retail activations, and brand experiences.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring a customer-obsessed, creative, and data-driven marketer with an outstanding track record in omnichannel retail. Youll manage and mentor a high-performing team, champion cross-functional collaboration, and lead our marketing transformation journey as we expand into new markets, channels, and partnerships.Lead the planning and execution of annual, seasonal, and monthly marketing campaigns across all channelsOversee the full marketing mix including brand, CRM, digital performance, media, partnerships, retail/trade activations and eventsOwn day-to-day delivery, budget management, supplier relationships, reporting and campaign performance analysisChampion the use of data and insights across the team, developing full-funnel reporting tools and driving a culture of measurable resultsBe a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, visual identity and values across all customer touchpointsDevelop and deliver a marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand growthPartner closely with senior leadership to support key business initiatives including international expansion and new market entry (EU, ME, NA)Play a key role in commercial decision-making, contributing customer insights to influence product, price and merchandising strategyBuild and embed a customer-centric CRM strategy across the business, working with new hires to bring this vision to lifeLead and develop a team of 6, including brand, CRM, media and performance marketing functionsCollaborate cross-functionally with PR, Creative, Ecom, Retail, IT and Merchandising to drive brand and commercial goalsInfluence and inform senior leadership and the Board as the marketing lead on business-wide transformation projectsActively manage agency partners, ensuring best-in-class delivery and value across all third-party relationshipsAbout You6+ years' experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a premium/luxury fashion or retail brandDemonstrated ability to build and execute impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive brand, customer, and commercial growthExtensive knowledge of the full marketing mix: brand, CRM, TTL media, digital, partnerships, brand experience and retail activationCommercially minded with strong analytical skills and experience using data/insights to inform strategyInspiring people leader with a collaborative approach and passion for nurturing high-performing teamsStrong understanding of the UK fashion and retail landscape international experience (EU, ME, NA) is a plusComfortable leading through change and transformation with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills confident presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functionallyFlexible to travel within the UK and internationally as the business growsDue to the high volume of applications, we regret that we will only be able to contact successful candidates within two weeks.
