Youll oversee key transaction work, including:Acquisition of substation and radio sitesLease management and renewalsWayleaves, easements, and variationsThe position will be based in Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow or Edinburgh, offering an excellent hybrid working policy and real opportunities for career progression.Role Responsibilities:Review and allocate incoming client instructions across the teamMonitor team capacity and ensure appropriate workload distributionSupport paralegals with transactional queries and client updatesTrack matter progress and maintain data rooms and online trackersManage conflict checks and matter opening processesParticipate in client calls and internal operational meetingsLead people management duties including onboarding, holiday/sickness approval, wellbeing, training, and appraisalsOversee financial performanceWIP, time recording, balances and reportingAbout You:At least 2 years real estate experience, ideally with supervisory or team leadership exposureStrong organisational and communication skillsDetail-focused with a high level of professionalismComfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levelsAble to manage multiple deadlines effectivelyProficient in legal technology and document management systemsProactive and collaborative, with a commercial mindsetWhats on Offer:Competitive salary, regularly reviewedFlexible hybrid workingDiscretionary bonus schemeUp to 28 days holiday (depending on length of service)Holiday exchange schemePrivate medical insuranceEnhanced parental leaveSupportive culture with a clear path for career developmentHow to Apply:If this vacancy is of interest, please click the Apply button.
