You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our business relationship with retail partners. Your strong experience and knowledge of major fragrance retailers operations, product requirements, and customer preferences will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.Responsibilities: Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities; collaborate with Boots and the luxury department stores teams to align strategies and drive sales growthServe as a point of contact between KAYALI and retail partners, nurturing a strong professional partnershipResponsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings with the internal team and retailersManage internal and competitive pricing list for all product categories as part of a master product catalog, update with any new SKUs and or discontinued SKUsCollate competitive reviews of newness launches to share with internal Sales team + global MarketingIdentify new opportunities and promotional initiatives to drive incremental salesMonitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth areas and propose innovative strategiesStay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the value of our brands and productsHelp develop and manage account forecasts, budgets, and sales projectionsMonitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional activities to identify areas for improvementProvide regular updates to the management team, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendationsPotential for additional ad-hoc Sales team requestsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the fragrance or beauty industry, ideally working with one of the retailers like Boots, Harrods, etc..Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge of the fragrance industry, including trends, competitors, and consumer preferencesHighly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM softwareStrategic and adaptive; ability to efficiently anticipate, identify, and articulate problems in real-timeOur Benefits & Perks:Premium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage Find your Magic Days Volunteer Day Birthday Leave Employee discounts on all Kayali products Quarterly product giftingKayali is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
