This is a hybrid position, on a 12 month fixed term contract basis initially with a competitive salary of 25.7K, this role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to make a significant impact. As Commercial Administrator, you will be the linchpin of the support team, ensuring seamless operations and business success.Key Responsibilities:Supporting internal meetings, arranging dates, circulating agendas and papers when directedMaintaining contract register and liaising with contract managers regarding upcoming renewals. Managing the main enquiries inbox and answering all e-mails in a timely manner.Preparing information to be included in reports and analysisSkills and Experience Required:- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organisational and time-management skills.- Strong proficiency in diary management- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is not only adept at managing day-to-day administrative tasks but also eager to contribute to broader business objectives.
