As they strengthen their footprint in the region, we are now seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to take ownership of our UK Grocery Channel.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Location:London, UK (Hybrid / Field-based)Salary:60,000 80,000 per annum (Depending on experience), plus performance-based bonus As the Key Account Manager for the UK Grocery Channel, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term strategic relationships with top-tier retail partners. This role is critical in delivering sales targets, executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring exceptional execution across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:Account Management: Own and grow relationships with major UK grocery retailers and ensure account plans are aligned with commercial objectives.Sales Strategy: Deliver sales growth by building and executing tailored account plans, promotional activity, and business reviews.Retail Execution: Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency and excellence in-store and online presence.Forecasting and Reporting: Lead forecasting accuracy, sales tracking, and promotional performance reviews.Commercial Negotiations: Lead annual negotiations and joint business planning with retail partners.Market Analysis: Monitor category trends, customer data, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and international stakeholders to align execution with global brand strategies.What we are looking for:Minimum 3+ years' experience in FMCG account management, preferably within food or snacks.Proven experience managing relationships with UK grocery multiples (e.g., Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, etc.).Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.Willingness to travel as needed across the UK and occasionally overseas.Bachelor's degree required; a business-related degree is a plus.
