Location: Blackburn, LancashireSalary: £35,000-£45,000 + great benefits packageShift Pattern: Monday to Friday, daysAre you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing food manufacturer in Lancashire at a pivotal time. With plans to expand warehousing facilities and implement digital systems, this role offers a genuine opportunity to make your mark and lead the transformation of warehouse operations.The role..You’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including freezer and ambient storage areas. Managing a team of five warehouse operatives, you’ll ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations across all shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll also play a key part in piloting and rolling out a new warehousing system, moving the site away from paper and Excel toward a digital future.Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with production, supply chain, and health 'safety teams to ensure materials are where they need to be, when they need to be, while maintaining a safe and well-organised warehouse.
