With further growth on the horizon and a strong focus on people development, they’re seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to take full ownership of their training strategy - designing, delivering, and evolving learning programmes across the business.You’ll be the central figure in building out a scalable, engaging, and effective approach to learning.
