Key Responsibilities; Support the Sales Manager in leading, motivating and developing the sales team Assist in achieving and exceeding branch targets and KPIs Conduct valuations and win new instructions Oversee property listings, viewings, and negotiations to ensure a smooth sales process Provide training and guidance to team members to drive performance Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
