Primarily operating across the south of the UK, Riven Associates are an established IT company with a world class reputation for providing IT Professional Services, Support and Cloud services.The Role As Sales Executive, you will work directly for the Sales Manager and develop sales opportunities for the business. This role is pivotal to the business’ growth and has the potential to develop into many other areas. You will be responsible for lead generation across all services Riven Associates provide, including account research, prospect identification, outbound prospecting. You will create connections with IT decision makers via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and a variety of other creative ways with the goal of starting a conversation around Riven’s core services, to identify customer pain points & goals, with the objective of working with Riven Associates.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:·      Actively seeking new sales opportunities and via cold calling, networking and social media·      Qualifying and converting leads into opportunities·      Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities leading to successful sales·      Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office·      Closing sales deals as per the targets set·      Set up and attend meetings with potential clients and understand their needs·      Conduct market research to profile and penetrate key account targets·      Maintain strong communication and customer focus throughout the sales process·      Articulate Riven Associates services, values and approach·      Collaborate with team members to help achieve sales targets·      Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required, subject to the needs of the businessAbout youRiven Associates is looking for an intelligent, creative and hardworking person eager to develop their knowledge and hone their skills when it comes to working within Managed IT Services.
