Family Solicitor - Hove, East Sussex PQE: NQ-3 years Full-time | Office-basedWe're seeking a confident and driven Family Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing team based in central Hove. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified solicitors or those with up to 3 years' post-qualification experience to build a rewarding career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.The Role: You'll handle a varied caseload across all areas of family law, including:Divorce and financial settlementsChild arrangements and maintenanceCohabitation and separation agreementsPrenuptial/postnuptial agreementsDomestic abuse and protective injunctionsYou'll also play an active role in business development through blog writing, networking, and building local professional relationships.What We're Looking For:Strong knowledge of Family Procedure RulesExperience in divorce, child law, and financial remedy workUnderstanding of ADR, mediation, and arbitrationExcellent client care, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage caseloads independently and meet court deadlinesEmpathy, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive mattersProficiency in legal tech and case management systems (LEAP experience is a plus)Why Apply?
