Youll be working across SHDF, ECO4, HUG2 and PAS 2035 frameworks, driving real social and environmental impact. What Youll Be DoingOwn the Vision:Lead the strategic growth and direction of the retrofit division, aligning with ambitious Net Zero targets.Drive Delivery:Oversee the full project lifecycle, from assessment to handover, across high-profile retrofit programmes.Lead from the Front:Manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams including Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and Project Managers.Engage Stakeholders:Be the go-to leader for clients, residents, regulatory bodies, and funding partners.Ensure Excellence:Uphold compliance with PAS 2035, CDM 2015 and TrustMark standards, while pushing for continuous improvement.Shape the Culture:Foster a collaborative, quality-first environment that puts residents and people at the heart of delivery.What Youll BringEssential: 5+ years experience in a senior leadership role within retrofit, decarbonisation, or large-scale construction programmesStrong working knowledge of PAS 2035 and associated compliance standardsExperience managing multi-million-pound public sector or social housing retrofit projectsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programmes at paceDesirable: Qualified Retrofit Coordinator, DEA, or NDEACDM Principal Designer or H&S qualificationFamiliarity with SHDF Wave 2, HUG2, LAD, ECO4, or related funding streamsWhats in It for You?A key leadership role shaping the future of retrofit in the UKAutonomy, trust, and the chance to truly grow a divisionBonus scheme tied to delivery and performance outcomesCar allowance and CPD tailored to your goalsA mission-driven team passionate about quality, compliance, and communityMake an Impact Where It MattersIf youre ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting difference in peoples lives and homes, wed love to hear from you.
