In this exciting fixed-term opportunity, you'll support the running of our East regional team, which oversees 12 schools. You'll work closely with our Regional Education Directors and provide high-level administrative, governance and coordination support that keeps our region running smoothly. As a Regional Officer, you'll have the opportunity to:Provide executive support -Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and help the Regional Education Directors stay one step ahead.Build strong relationships- Collaborate with school leaders, regional colleagues and central teams to deliver seamless operations and positive outcomes. Enhance regional governance- Support School Councils, monitor policy compliance, and coordinate safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted readiness. To succeed in this role, you'll need:Strong organisational skills -Confident in managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.Excellent communication skills- Able to engage clearly and supportively with people at all levels, both in person and online.
