Seeking a Senior Receptionist / Bookkeeper for a professional services businesses, seeking someone with strong reception, finance, accounts payable experience. Someone who is proactive, hard working and professional.Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus + benefitsLocation: Central London (near Marylebone / Bond Street station).Office based role: x5 days on site, Bond Street 08:30am - 05:30pm / Monday - Friday (no weekend work).Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a role that combines front-desk reception duties with accounts payable and bookkeeping responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is both people-oriented and numbers-focused, capable of managing multiple administrative and financial tasks efficiently.Reception DutiesGreet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and manage company inboxMaintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception areaCoordinate meeting room bookings and assist with general office administrationAccounts PayableProcess and code vendor invoices for approval and paymentMatch purchase orders to invoices and investigate discrepanciesManage payment runs and ensure timely processing of paymentsMaintain accurate vendor records and respond to payment-related queriesReconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding itemsBookkeepingRecord day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledgersReconcile bank, credit card, and petty cash accountsAssist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reportsMaintain accurate records for audits and end-of-year reportingSkills and Personal Attributes: Experience with Reception and Finance Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyProfessional appearance and a customer-service mindsetPlease apply online or message your CV directly to Gemma
