This dual-role position combines strategic property asset management with comprehensive administrative support across legal, property operations, and general business functions. The successful candidate will work in a part-time on-site or hybrid capacity, with flexibility based on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Asset ManagementOversee property management and lease administration across our diverse portfolioHandle commercial real estate matters and lease managementManage budgeting and financial planning for property assetsConduct property analysis and strategic planningLegal & Administrative SupportAct as primary point of contact for external legal professionals.Coordinate legal document handling, filing, and responsesSupport communication and scheduling between internal teams and legal service providersManage property and legal insurance claims and maintain comprehensive documentationProperty & Contractor ManagementLiaise with contractors for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and renovationsMonitor ongoing works to ensure completion on time and within budgetManage property documentation, keys, access arrangements, and tenant communicationsMaintain records of tenant leases, renewals, rent reviews, and legal complianceOperational AdministrationAssist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV filtering, and interview coordinationKeep track of insurance policies, renewals, and critical deadlinesPerform general administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record maintenanceEssential Qualifications & SkillsProperty Management and Lease Administration experienceExperience in Commercial Real Estate and LeasesStrong budgeting and analytical skillsPrior experience in legal, property, or office administrationExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of property laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independentlyPreferred QualificationsRICS Chartered Surveyor qualification highly desirable5+ years of Real Estate experienceLegal background or specialized property management experiencePrevious experience in real estate managementFamiliarity with legal and property terminologyIdeal Candidate ProfileProactive self-starter who can work with minimal supervisionProfessional and reliable, especially when handling confidential legal and financial informationComfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentConfident in liaising with lawyers, contractors, insurers, and tenantsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesWilling to work onsite with possible hybrid arrangementsWhat We OfferFlexible working arrangements, Full-time (Part-time/Hybrid options available.Opportunity to work across diverse property portfoliosProfessional development in both asset management and administrative operationsCollaborative team environment in Cardiff's thriving business districtSalary £50k-£70k depending on experience.(we will better your existing salary)Application ProcessIf you're interested in this position and believe you meet the requirements, please send your CV and a brief cover letter to Screening Questions:How many years of Real Estate experience do you currently have?
