Work closely withteachers, therapists, and other staffto implement personalised care plans. Encourageindependence, communication, and social interactionamong students. Usespecialist equipmentwhen required and follow health and safety protocols. Qualifications of the Special Needs Care Worker: Previous experience in SEN support, care work, or a related field (preferred but not essential). A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with additional needs. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a variety of needs and situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant certifications in care or SEN support (desirable but not essential). To thrive in this role, you should: Have the right to work in the UK.
