Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday. Post: Permanent Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience; plus NHS pension We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen at Badger Group which is a social enterprise that works with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, local Councillors & MPs and GPs to deliver best patient care. Responsible for delivering comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation. You will support line managers with our people processes throughout the lifecycle of the employee journey. You will work alongside the HR Business Partners and Head of HR in a proactive manner. You will have highly developed organisational and time management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are highly motivated to excel in your role to provide a comprehensive and effective HR service. You will build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst delivering excellent high standards of advice and guidance.
