Supported by our Home Office teams and Area Managers, you'll receive clinical support, regular business updates, and performance feedback.About You Our Optical Managers oversee and manage the entire operation, including managing teams of Optometrists and Optical Assistants, overseeing compliance, reviewing sales forecasts, and handling customer queries. You will be responsible for clinic management and ensuring the shop floor is well-equipped to meet customer needs. Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team, so confidence in coaching is essential.
