This opportunity involves working across multiple provisions includingStudy Programmes (16–18), Adult Learning (19+), Apprenticeships , andHigher Education (HE)pathways. You will play a pivotal role in supporting learners from varied backgrounds, helping them reach their full academic and personal potential. We have bothfull-time and part-time rolesavailable depending on your availability and expertise. Key Responsibilities: Deliver up to855 teaching hours per academic year(pro rata for part-time) Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to varied learner needs Contribute to curriculum development and cross-college collaboration Usedigital platforms and EdTech toolsto enhance learning Provide constructive and developmentalwritten and verbal feedback Lead on attendance and punctuality initiatives Participate in assessment, internal verification (IQA), and exam invigilation Support students with progression toHE or employment Ideal Candidate Will Have: Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) Experience in the FE sector or strong interest in teaching across multiple age groups Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills A commitment to inclusive education and student support Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
