Amazon WWRR&S comprises business, product, operational, program, software engineering, and data teams that manage the lifecycle of returned or damaged products—from customer to warehouse to the next best use. Our work includes training machine learning models to optimize routing, inventing new channels for product reuse, developing support systems, piloting smarter evaluations, and continuously improving the customer return experience—all while maintaining a sharp focus on business and environmental impact. Key job responsibilitiesSupport engineers troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve computer-identified alarms, perform software deployments and migrations, host management, and automate routine operational tasks. Develop tools and automation to achieve human-free operations using appropriate system architecture modifications. Perform small-project software development work as needed. Combine strong troubleshooting, technical, and communication skills to support a dynamic environment.
