Join to apply for theCleaning & Maintenance operativerole atNational Express LTD1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for theCleaning & Maintenance operativerole atNational Express LTDStaffline are Hiring!!!!!!!We have a new permanent job vacancy.This is a Monday-Friday position, working day shifts,HELLO WEEKENDS!!!!!!Staffline is eager to speak with experienced hygiene, cleaning, caretaker operatives who have worked within the food manufacturing industry.This is a varied and physical role in a fast-paced environment.Some tasks will be outdoors!In Your New Role As a Hygiene OperativeThe role will require you to demonstrate the following competencies:Operate and maintain effective cleaning schedules.Assist in monthly internal GMP audits and help meet site accreditations.Complete relevant hygiene records.Carry out cleaning operations according to hygiene schedules.Report to the Team Leader at the start of shift for any special cleaning instructions.Maintain hygiene equipment in a serviceable condition and report any damage or faults.Complete relevant training when required.Jet washing.Clean and clear debris from communal external and internal areas.Moving and lifting.Liaise with all departments across the site.Deal with and rectify defects raised from site inspections.To be considered for the role as a Hygiene OperativeManual handling experience.Food safety qualification, desirable.Forklift truck counterbalance license, desirable.Experience maintaining a clean operating environment in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment.Ability to work to targets.Understanding of ISO 9001/BRC, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH, pest control, and relevant food legislation, desirable.Team player.Customer-focused.Interpersonal skills.Working HoursDay shifts from 7 am to 3:30 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.Salary: £26,000 for a 40-hour week.26 days of annual leave.Benefits to be discussed upon application.For more information, please apply!Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Management and ManufacturingIndustries Travel Arrangements#J-18808-Ljbffr
