The Support Stage Manager will help oversee the smooth running of technical entertainment delivery, including coordinating the LX/AV/Sound/Stage teams. About the roleLead, coordinate, and develop training for the technical support team in STAGE/AV/LX/AUDIO. liaise with stage-based performance content to ensure delivery as directed and produced. Support visiting artistes and acts on stage and in dressing rooms. Coordinate, plan, and operate venues daily, ensuring high standards of show delivery. Evaluate and improve the quality of technical delivery across AUDIO/STAGE/LX/AV. Maintain up-to-date technical specifications and documentation. Collaborate with other stage managers, the Technical Manager, and support teams to create the right atmosphere for various events. Implement systems and procedures for equipment upkeep and maintenance. Develop a robust cover program and succession plan for technical team development. About youPrevious experience in live entertainment show delivery. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels. Innovative with a focus on process improvement and team development. Attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and brand guidelines. Flexible working patterns across family breaks, Big Weekenders, and corporate events, covering 40 hours a week on various shifts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
