Deputy OTC GPOWant to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Proud to deliver high quality products and develop a high- quality career.Salary Competitive SalaryBenefits 8,400 Car Allowance, up to 20% Bonus, Private Healthcare for familyLocation: Spalding, Newark or LondonWays of Working HybridHours of workMonday to Friday - 37.5 hoursContract TypePermanentPlease be informed that this role offers a job share option, which aims to promote a collaborative approach to workload management and improved work-life balance by sharing a full-time role with another colleague.Why join us?We are in the middle of a huge change program launching a new ERP to the business over the next 3 years, creating an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Global Process Owner who will be required to work independently, taking the lead in specific aspects of the OTC process transformation.What We DoWe're the market leader in the UK fresh prepared food industry - supplying meals, salads, desserts, pizza and bread to leading grocery retailers including Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.About the RoleProcess Design & GovernanceSupports the Global Process Owner (GPO) - Order To Cash (OTC) in setting and communicating the OTC process vision aligned with business strategy.Acts as a design authority, ensuring process integrity, consistency, and maintenance of the business process model.Defines data models and standards to support effective process operations.Collaborates across teams to identify and implement OTC process improvements and manage inter-process dependencies.Transformation Programme (S/4 HANA)Plays a central role in the S/4 HANA deployment, from process design to testing and implementation.Works with system integrators to align SAP OTC solutions with business needs.Supports the design of a standardised, business-driven reporting solution.Assists in data migration, change activities, and alignment with internal controls and compliance requirements.Change Management & CommunicationPartners with stakeholders to drive adoption of changes through structured change management.Maintains strong relationships with Finance Shared Services (FSS), Commercial Finance, Customer teams and FP&AActively manages stakeholder queries and inter-functional issues.Ad Hoc ProjectsLeads or supports transformation-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.External MonitoringTracks external factors (e.g. legislation, mergers & acquisitions) and evaluates their impact on OTC processes.Works with the GPO to adapt processes accordingly to remain fit for purpose.About YouExcellence understanding of the end to the end OTC process including customer ordering process, order fulfilment, invoicing and cash collectionDeep understanding of OTC leading practices, tools & enablers including hands on experience in implementing these leading practices and realising tangible benefitsGood understanding of the Bakkavor business, OTC landscape and existing pain pointsProfessional Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Able to influence without formal authority (persuasive, consensus builder, good communicator)Strong leadership and people management skillsExperience of managing large scale transformation programme would be preferredPrevious experience of working at a senior management level would be preferredPrevious experience of working with ERP, specifically with S/4 HANA preferredWhat you'll receiveAs an equal opportunity employer, we're committed to providing a safe and rewarding environment for you to thrive in.
