With a huge organic audience and strong in-house creative support, youll have all the tools you need to run high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and wants full autonomy over their work.What youll be doing:Leading performance strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other key paid channelsScaling paid acquisition globally, with a focus on CPA efficiency and LTVRunning continuous experimentation across creative, targeting and biddingManaging campaign optimisation across both web and app (Google App Network, Apple Ads, Paid Search)Working cross-functionally with data, product, finance and creative teamsBriefing creative teams based on performance insightsOwning reporting, forecasting and channel performance reviewsWhat theyre looking for:5+ years' experience in paid acquisition, ideally in-houseProven track record scaling subscription or consumer app productsDeep knowledge of paid social (Meta, TikTok) and other growth channelsHands-on experience running and optimising web + app campaignsAnalytical mindset with strong data skills (Google Sheets, SQL, etc.)Comfortable working at pace and contributing to strategy and planningBonus points for:Experience with attribution tools like AppsflyerFamiliarity with marketing APIs and automationCreative copywriting skills and performance-focused creative briefing
