Whilst this role is hybrid, you will be required to go to the Cardiff HO once a fortnight for a couple of days Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.We are currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor to join a high street fashion brand.You will be responsible for negotiating lease terms and rent reviews, ensuring lease obligations are fulfilled, and collaborating with Senior Management and Directors to align property decisions with wider business objectives.Some responsibilities:1.Undertake the property management of a portfolio of shops2.Monitor lease key dates and undertake rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner3.Negotiate consents and permissions from 3rd parties (Landlords etc)4.Ensure any disputes between Landlords and Tenants are resolved promptly with the minimum disruption and cost to the business5.Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption and cost to the business6.Challenging and monitoring service charge statements and demands7.To take responsibility for securing refunds or overpayments from third parties8.To understand the commercial objectives of the company and to have a flexible approach to the working hours and a willingness to travel the UK9.Checking invoices from Landlords to ensure accuracy, challenging where appropriate.About you:1.Good negotiation skills2.Open to change and able to quickly adapt within a fast-paced retail business3.Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of businesses4.Previous experience in a retail environment
