As the organisation continues to evolve and invest in their people, they are looking for an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of HR and amongst a n experienced and supportive team, this role will manage for ER casework across the Midland region.The Role;As an experienced HR Advisor, youll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across your region, with a particular focus on employee relations. Youll also have the opportunity to get involved in a range of HR projects, including employee engagement, policy development, and people-related initiatives that help shape our future culture.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and professional advice on a wide range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance concernsCoach and guide line managers to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomesSupport the delivery of HR processes such as probation reviews, performance management, and restructuresContribute to HR projects, particularly in areas such as employee engagement, communications, and policy refreshHelp drive consistency in HR practice across sites, maintaining a strong focus on culture and valuesMonitor ER trends and support in delivering proactive solutionsMaintain accurate records and HR systems to ensure audit readiness and complianceAssist with HR reporting and data analysis as requiredIdeal Candidate Experience:Proven experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environmentsStrong knowledge of UK employment law and best practiceExcellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to work with managers at all levelsAbility to manage a busy ER caseload with professionalism and discretionA proactive, hands-on attitude and a collaborative working styleExperience supporting or leading employee engagement or change projects is a plusCIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirableSummary;This is a fantastic opportunity that offers career development opportunities, whilst being at the heart of driving a culture that delivers excellence across our communities.
