The successful candidate will focus on ensuring business compliance with global regulations as well as managing internal policies and procedures.Key Accountabilities:Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with laws and regulations, including anti-bribery, modern slavery, ESG, sustainability, and cybersecurity.Supply Chain Oversight: Ensure all supply chain activities meet legal and policy standards.Customer Support: Manage compliance inquiries and questionnaires from customers.Policy Development: Draft, review, and update policies to align with best practices and regulations.Training & Education: Deliver compliance training to ensure awareness and adherence among staff.Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct regular audits, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.Product Compliance Support: Assist the Quality Team with product compliance requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in cross-functional working groups.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance compliance programs.Person SpecificationRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are advantageous.Experience in compliance, risk management is a mustExperience in related fields such as manufacturing or the automotive industry is a plus.Strong understanding of global regulations and legal frameworks.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.A team player who demonstrates flexibility and decision-making skills under pressure.
