This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for a Project Manager looking to step into a broader development position or an ambitious Development Manager wanting to scale with a growing business.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end development delivery from pre-acquisition to post-completionCoordination of external consultants and contractorsPlanning liaison and management of third-party issues (e.g., rights of light, party wall, utilities)Programme and budget oversightInput into design, procurement, and pre-opening operationsRegular site presence and post-PC involvement to stabilisationCandidates will have:6+ years of experience in a Development Manager or Project Manager capacityProven ability to deliver complex, high-value urban projectsHospitality experience preferred (alternatively PBSA, BTR or other living sectors)Solid knowledge of London planning policy and proceduresConfident communicator, strong collaborator, and self-starterComfortable working through all stages from DD to operational handoverPassion for hospitality, wellness, and user-led design is a plus
