About the RoleAs Director of Operations, you'll be the driving force behind a portfolio of care-at-home branches, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a senior strategic role where you'll not only manage but inspire-mentoring Registered Managers and Senior Teams to deliver outstanding care while embedding a culture of quality and accountability.You'll also play a critical role in stakeholder engagement, bringing your existing relationships with commissioners and local authorities to the table.
