Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Design Consultant/Sales Executive to join our dynamic and expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts. A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to analyse market trends will be essential for success in this position.Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company targetsVisit prospects in their home, discuss their ideas for home improvements, work with them to create their visions including suggestions for improvements/alternatives, provide a quotation, follow up and confirm the saleIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referralsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyaltyConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activitiesPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clientsTrack sales activities, manage leads and customers, and report on performance metricsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs promptlyProvide feedback on product development based on client interactions and market analysis.Skills Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirableStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plusAbility to build rapport quickly with clients and establish trust-based relationshipsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyIf you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a growing organisation, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Design Consultant/Sales Executive.
