Main contractor seeking experienced MEP Manager, with mechanical or electrical bias, to work across a commercial cut & carve project in West London. This client is widely known in delivering residential and commercial projects.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for managing all service installations strictly in accordance with the clients specifications and in line with procedures and guidelinesEffective management of Services Contractors and other related Sub-Contractors / Supply Chain PartnersAnalyse data to identify the critical sequence and quantify the resources required to ensure key management decisions are madeReview and report on specifications and design drawings and ensure appropriate service/design decisions are metDevelop design proposals at sketch, detailed design and production stages where deemed appropriatePlan and manage Design Team Drawings (e.g., AutoCAD) and other documentation of design and installationProgramme and facilitate the flow of information between the Design Team and Services SubcontractorsAttend Client meetings and provide updates on progressOrganise and Chair coordination meetings for the Services SubcontractorsPlan the work and organise the plant and site facilities to meet project deadlinesReview Subcontractor submittals on plant proposals and procurement routes and track these as requiredInspect, assess, and verify commissioning of MEP systems on siteTimely submittal of the Safety File Data for the Client on project completionQualifications & Experience:Relevant degree/diploma or related discipline requiredPreferably 3+ years experience with main contractorFamiliar with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler & Process Systems / ConstructionComputer literate in Microsoft Office PackageProfessional with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrate a high degree of responsiveness and have the ability work on your own initiativeProven track record in Residential/ Commercial projectsWilling to contribute and adhere to the quality and safety requirements of the operationIf you are well suited to this role, please apply through the link and we may contact you for a confidential discussion.
