The role demands top-tier stakeholder management, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset in a complex and demanding environment.Our client is one of Londons most established independent property advisory and management firms, entrusted with an elite residential portfolio that reflects the very best of the capitals high-end living.What Youll Be DoingTake operational ownership of a best-in-class residential building in a super prime London locationDeliver exceptional block management services, from maintenance coordination to contractor oversightBuild strong relationships with residents, proactively handling sensitive issues and expectationsChair and attend residents' meetings and represent the clients interests with authority and discretionPrepare and manage service charge budgets, oversee financial reporting and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation (FRA, EICR, water hygiene, etc.)Conduct regular site inspections and provide structured, high-quality client reportingIdeal Candidate ProfileProven experience in block management, ideally within prime or super prime Central LondonStrong grasp of leasehold management, service charge budgeting, and property complianceConfident handling challenging resident interactions with professionalism and discretionExcellent communication, organisational, and client relationship skillsIRPM qualified (or working towards); additional H&S or compliance accreditations a plusWhats on OfferBase salary up to 55,000Performance-related bonus9% employer pension contributionPrivate healthcareHybrid/flexible workingThe opportunity to manage one of Londons most exclusive residential developmentsA high-trust, professional working environment with a respected teamIf youre experienced in premium block management and ready to step into a high-profile role at the top end of the market, lets talk.
