The ideal arrangement is a temporary to permanent contract, offering the flexibility to assess long-term fit while contributing immediately to the successful delivery of live projects.This role involves managing high-quality residential schemes from planning through to completion, collaborating with in-house design, development, and delivery teams as well as external consultants and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of residential-led development projects from pre-construction through to handover.Manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Liaise with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and key stakeholders to drive progress and maintain design integrity.Coordinate design development in collaboration with architects and the in-house design team.Oversee procurement strategies and support contract negotiations.Monitor site activities and conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and health 'safety compliance.Prepare and present project reports and updates for senior leadership.Work closely with the development and sales teams to align project delivery with commercial objectives.Requirements5+ years experience in a Project Management role, ideally within residential or mixed-use developments.Proven track record of delivering design-focused schemes in urban environments.Strong knowledge of UK construction processes, procurement, and JCT contracts.Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g., Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar).Membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) is advantageous but not essential.Desirable AttributesPassionate about good design and architecture.Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously when needed.
