Forward Role are working with one of the most exciting athleisure brands on the market right now to recruit a Senior Brand Manager.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.They are a cutting edge, fashion forward brand that covers fashion, sport and outdoor wear.Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the brands presence in the marketplace.This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can identify consumer needs and position products and campaigns to serve them effectively.A few reasons why you should apply:Outselling the one of the most well-known, global sports brands, in apparel, week on weekHigh growth achieved what one of their competitors did in 10 months, in 2 monthsOpportunity to work with a best-in-class marketing team including a senior leader who is ex adidasProgression opportunities - If youre ambitious, then sky is the limit in this business!Fantastic benefits including 26 days holiday, free onsite gym & free parking Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement brand marketing frameworks.Craft and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (creative, messaging, communications, and point of sale).Monitor marketing trends and analyse competitive products in the marketplace.Maintain and enhance brand tone of voice and positioning.Serve as the key marketing point of contact for cross-functional teams.Lead the marketing go-to-market (GTM) process and support new product flows.Plan and execute brand and channel campaigns.Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy while collaborating with the wider team.Manage brand marketing reporting, tracking KPIs within the established frameworks.Requirements:In-depth knowledge of marketing, including advertising, market research, consumer behaviour, and marketing analytics.3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience working for a sports or clothing brand is preferred.Self-motivated, positive, and a problem-solver.Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.Proven track record of executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication skills.
