Our Bond Street store is not a typical retail environment. It is a spatial extension of the brands tone quiet, precise and rhythm-driven.We are looking for a full-time Store Coordinator to take responsibility for the daily running of the space. This is not a sales position. You will support the physical order of the store, the flow of the day and the unseen details that uphold a high-functioning retail experience. The role reports directly to the founder and requires a strong sense of rhythm, discretion and discipline. Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and close the store each day (keyholder responsibility)Keep the space in alignment before, during and after client visitsReceive deliveries, organise stock and maintain packaging materialsHandle light digital admin including Shopify, order preparation and file coordinationAssist with the physical preparation of product selections and online fulfilmentSupport sales and marketing team members where needed, without stepping into their rolesMaintain back-of-house areas with structure and careWork without the need for constant instruction Who This Is ForYou have experience in luxury retail, boutique hospitality or founder-led environmentsYou are consistent, observant and quietly take ownershipYou notice what needs attention and act before being askedYou work best in clean, structured settings where your presence is felt but not loudYou understand the seriousness of holding keys to a Bond Street storeYou are comfortable bridging physical and digital tasks as needed This Role May Not Suit EveryoneIts best suited to someone who values rhythm, independence and the kind of precision that holds a space together quietly.
