Our Midlands team has been doing a great job getting things going, and now were building a permanent local team to take it forward.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.The RoleWere looking for a reliable, hands-on Driver to join our Northern operations team. Youll be based out of our brand-new Rochdale depot, supporting daily stock deliveries and machine refills across the region.This is more than just a driving job youll be the face of Mother on-site, making sure machines are stocked, clean, and running smoothly. Youll be part of a wider team, with support from the Ops Manager and Drivers Lead, and training provided to get you up to speed.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and refill stock across a set route of smart vending machinesKeep machines clean, presentable, and in working orderPerform basic checks and report any issues (training provided)Keep accurate records of stock levels and machine performanceCommunicate with the wider team on replenishment and tech issuesSupport other drivers and jump on different routes as neededEnsure your van is loaded properly and kept clean and road-readyRepresent the brand with a positive and professional attitude on-siteOccasionally help with warehouse tasks at the depot (stock checks, loading, etc.)What Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a driving, delivery or field-based roleComfortable working independently and managing your own routeStrong time management and reliabilityFriendly, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever neededFull UK driving licence requiredExperience in vending, FMCG or retail delivery is a bonus (but not essential) OTE: 29,000
