You will be the main point of contact for our boutiques and business partners across the UK, assisting in the daily management of all repairs from start to finish.You will also be responsible for the daily administrative tasks relating to repairs / parts / stock managementPersonal development in line with the annual performance objectives and working towards KPIs. You will be positive and committed to the service we provide ensuring you always project and deliver world class ethics.Key Responsibilities Queries & complaints handling and maintaining a high level of service and communication via email / phone callsReceiving and registration of incoming watches/jewellery/accessories repairs from our boutiques and business partnersManagement of stock conditioningInputting and distribution of Estimates from our in-house and Swiss workshopsProceeding estimates and liaising with our workshops (in house & Swiss factory)Invoicing Following QC guidelines and closing the repair ordersPacking and distribution of complete repairs to boutiques and business partnersProcessing shipments to our Swiss subsidiary, following export proceduresOrders processing straps and parts, placing POs and internal requisitionsSalesforce enquiriesAd hoc admin tasks include but not limited to: Managing VIP/Priority clientsChasing estimatesUpdating clients on repair timescales/delaysUpdating Internal trackersMaintaining a clear flow for stock controlFiling / Shredding / ArchivingReplenishment of packing suppliesExperience, skills & desirable qualitiesPrevious administration experienceAbility to work across multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailCan-do, positive attitudeExcellent organisation, task and time management skillsGood communication and telephone mannerI.T. proficient (Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook)Educated to GCSE level with a minimum Grade C in Maths and English, or equivalentOur OfferingCompetitive Salary10 Days Holiday (not including bank holidays)Training provided throughout to empower your developmentPension schemeStaff discount (after completing 1 year with the company)Cycle to work schemeSeason ticket loanPrivate medical insuranceStaff recommendation schemeEye test
